This policy explains how EuroHP Isı Teknolojileri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (EuroHP Thermal Technologies Industry and Trade, Inc.) (“EuroHP”, “we”) processes personal data collected through this website, in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and, for visitors in the European Economic Area, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). It is also our information notice (aydınlatma metni) under Article 10 of the KVKK.

2. Personal data we process

  • Contact and quote requests: name, email address, company, phone number, the product you are interested in and your message.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device information and the pages requested, recorded in our server logs for security.
  • Your cookie choice: stored in your own browser.
  • Analytics data: only if you accept analytics cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

3. Purposes and legal grounds

  • To answer your questions, prepare quotes and manage our business relationship: processing is necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract (KVKK Article 5(2)(c); GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and for our legitimate interests (KVKK Article 5(2)(f); GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
  • To keep the website secure and working: our legitimate interests (KVKK Article 5(2)(f); GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
  • To meet legal obligations, for example requests from public authorities: KVKK Article 5(2)(ç); GDPR Article 6(1)(c).
  • Website analytics and Google Maps: only with your consent (KVKK Article 5(1); GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw your consent at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

We collect this data electronically, through the forms and technical systems of this website.

4. Who receives your data

We share personal data only as far as necessary with our website hosting and email service providers, with Google when you accept analytics cookies or load Google Maps, with our professional advisers, and with public authorities when the law requires it. Some of these providers may process data outside Türkiye; such transfers are made only in line with Article 9 of the KVKK and other applicable law.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep your messages only as long as needed to answer your request and maintain our business relationship, and for the periods required by law. After that we delete, destroy or anonymise them.

6. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to:

  • learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it;
  • learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used for that purpose;
  • know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom your data is transferred;
  • ask for incomplete or inaccurate data to be corrected;
  • ask for your data to be deleted or destroyed under the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK;
  • ask for corrections, deletion or destruction to be notified to the third parties who received your data;
  • object to a result against you that arises only from automated analysis of your data;
  • claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

Visitors in the European Economic Area also have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection under the GDPR, and may complain to their local supervisory authority.
